No. Scratches cannot be polished out of glass, so ORE does not offer it — be careful of anyone who says they can.
Because the glass decides the job. A screen with surface stains and a screen that is already etched need different work, and the only way to tell them apart is to see it. The inspection is charged.
Yes. Restored glass is clean glass again, and the same water and soap will start marking it straight away. EnduroShield seals the surface so the stains do not set in, with a 3-year warranty.
Coating a typical shower screen of about 28 sq ft takes 2–3 hours. Restoring stained glass first takes longer, depending on how bad the marks are.
Clear the shower area and let the glass dry. We protect anything nearby that could be affected.

About once a week, wipe with a soft cloth, white vinegar diluted in water and a neutral cleaner. Don't use scouring powder, bleach or abrasive cleaners — they damage the coating.
